Return and Refund

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

To initiate a refund, you must contact us at lumacazg@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can correct the problem.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as products that have been visibly used. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Refund
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your bank account within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
